Hypnotherapy has been with us from many decades in different cultures with different names and different methods. However, the modern hypnotherapy that we all are aware of was considered as a medical procedure in 20th century by western medical associations. medical practice and there are not much medical research done on it to validate

Should I consider hypnotherapy for panic attacks?
There are not enough evidences that support that
hypnotherapy can get you positive results beyond placebo effect but has been a
great way to get out of anxiety and panic attacks for many people. Moreover,
nowadays when people are suffering more from various mental health issues hypnotherapy
can be considered as a best treatment. There are enough studies that proves hypnotherapy
as an ideal treatment to identify the main source of your anxiety and panic
attacks.
